En este video clip encontrara una animacion tridimensional de la palatorrafia o reparacion del paladar fidurado. Esta tecnica se basa en el corte de Antia y da unos resultados muy buenos con una muy buena funcion del paladar blando. La gran ventaja es que se logra un retroposicion maxima del paladar blando y recreacion de la hamaca muscular, con una diseccion minima de la musculatura del paladar.
